(Parliament news): Jan 26, 2022; South Wello: A set of Foreign Relations and Peace Affairs Standing Committee of the HoPRs, led by Honourable Yeshimebrat Mersha (PhD), is recently paying a working tour to the war-hit areas of North Shewa and South Wello.

The set physically visited towns of the two regions: Shewarobbit, Ataye, Kemissie and Kombolcha regarding the damages inflicted by the terrorist invaders of the TPLF militants.

According to the explanation conducted by the Deputy Mayor of the Shewarobbit town’s administration, His Excellence Getahun Siyoum; even-though the government and NGO’s are supporting the war conflict victims till now, it would be better to do it in a concerted manner so as to enable the victims enjoy their life sustainably.

Likewise, His Excellence Wondwossen Tegegn, Deputy Mayor of the recurrently war-hit Kemissie town’s administration on his part said to the Committee members, the town’s leadership has undergone basic reform so as to pacify itself more than ever and is working in close ties with neighbouring weredas on pertinent issues.

Hence, as to him, the dream of the invaders to embarrass the town’s residents is not successful.
