The Second Phase Revitalization Forum on South Sudan that has been underway since last week in Addis has entered its 9th day on Wednesday (February 14) where Parties to the Process have continued discussions on revitalizing a new chapter from the Agreement of the Resolution of the Conflict on South Sudan (ARCS).

A Sub-Committee formed to run the revitalization of Chapter II of the ARCS was holding talks over Permanent Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements since Tuesday (February 13). The first Sub-Committee has already made a stride more than half way deliberating on issues of governance.
