Name: Sadia Mohammed Dalacha I was born and raised in West Borena Zone. Throughout my life, I have placed great importance on family, work, and community service. I am married and responsible for managing a family of ten members, a responsibility that I fulfill with dedication, commitment, and accountability. In terms of education, I have continued my studies from a diploma level through to a master’s degree, making continuous efforts to strengthen my knowledge, professional capacity, and skills. I have nine years of leadership experience and five years of professional work experience and service. My leadership experience has been developed through various responsibilities involving coordinating people, planning and managing activities, making decisions, and carrying out assigned responsibilities with accountability. I also apply the professional experience I have gained together with my leadership skills to provide effective and efficient service. I believe that combining professional expertise with leadership capabilities enables me to contribute meaningfully to the organizations and communities I serve.
