I was born in Oromia Region, Jimma Zone, Shebe in May 24, 1979. I attended primary school in Shebe and secondary school in Jimma Town. I completed my bachelor, masters and doctorate degrees in Addis Ababa University. I have served for 24 years as an expert, University teacher and on different leadership position at the regional and federal levels.
